My name is Heidi Anderson.
As a trauma survivor, I’ve learned that trauma sets us up to self-abandon and seek happiness outside of ourselves, but often it isn’t lasting. I help uncover blind spots and provide clarity so you get more results from your recovery efforts. Emotional healing involves teaching minds to quiet and hearts to awaken. Loving ourselves is the true path to harmony and well-being. Living aligned with your heart is possible, and healing happens with intention, commitment and practice.

Heidi shares her wisdom from her own experience of overcoming love addiction. In this program, she
provides tangible tools to show you how to heal what's inside while showing you how to navigate the immediate symptoms of love addiction, including withdrawal, obsession, and sometimes even despair.
